PROBLEM: Go to make a wager and it doesn't go through. (!!!) Twinspires has a "Launch" page that you're taken to once your logged in.

There are 3 "launch" options and any of the 3 you click on it launches a new webpage where all the wager and/or video interaction takes place. The problem is that one is TIMED OUT if you don't occasionally go back to the "launch" page and move your mouse around. Now I remind you this “launch” page serves no purpose wager-wise other than to launch to a page where you can wager and watch the odds at selected tracks. In this day of multi-track wagering one can forget to go back to the launch page and move your mouse around so you don't get timed out.

As you probably can tell I get timed out all the damn time! The only time you notice is when you go to make a bet and you can't place it as YOU DON"T KNOW THAT YOU HAVE BEEN TIMED OUT as they don't have a pop-up warning telling you that you about to get timed out. By the time one logs out and then logs in so you can make a bet the race is usually being ran and you've missed the bet you wanted to make. Angry

Now I've contacted them more than a couple of times and they always say the same thing...go back to the launch page and move your mouse around and then go back to the wagering web page every two hours and you won't have a problem.

Great in theory but sucks in practice! They say all financial websites have this safe guard.

True but they don't have a launch page that opens to a different page when you login. At a banking site one logs in and you stay on that page and then when it gets close to logging you out (time you out) one gets a pop up that you can click on so you don't get timed out of your banking session.

I'm ready to take my betting dollar elsewhere as Twinspires doesn't give a *** that I know by now!
