Twinspires - Site glitches, customer/technical support
I've been betting on the site since they acquired 'youbet'(2010?). Never had any real problem other than minor glitches involved with incorporating youbet with no help from youbet techs.
Last fall(2017), some of the features on the classic page stopped working, namely parts of the drop down lists. Some were fixed, others still don't work.
Since then, it seems every few weeks or so, a new glitch occurs. About 2-3 months ago, after a few hours(3-4?), I make a bet, I click on 'all accepted bets' and ,'NO WAGER TO DISPLAY' on both the laptop and tower. I call, (by the way, 'customer support' and 'technical support' are the same people!) I'm told I'm the problem, I'm not logging out, I have to clear the cookies and cache every time I use the site. For 7 years none of this was ever a problem.
Saturday,6-23-2018, early P5, Santa Anita; results of P4 show up, but it took nearly till post time of the next race for the results and payout for the P5. They say it's SA's fault, but I also had TVG site open, they had no problem.
When I called support, first 'technical support' because after logging out and clearing, within a half hour it happened again, I asked,"what am I supposed to do?, logout and clear cache&cookies every half hour? Answer: It only takes about 5 mins. I blew up, said blow it out yer*** and hung up. I then decided to contact 'customer support' to complain. SAME PERSON! Oh, there's only ten of us here. TEN WHAT!?
